Terms & Conditions

1. You are allowed a 15 minute grace period before and after your paid session
   Unless stated otherwise by Alannah Curtis.
2. The premises must be left as it was found.
3. Bathroom must be wiped down, Use wipes to wipe hand basements and then wipe the toilet down. If the floor needs to be cleaned please clean it.
4. Stair well and hall way must be kept clear and clean at all times no one lurking in this area, leave how you found it.
5. Carpet must be vacuumed before you leave if needed ( spot clean ) Full vacuum if you hired for a half a day or full day please.
6. No muddy footwear allowed in studio.
7. The Studio must be occupied at all times of rental by the person personal who hired the venue.
8. Any damage caused will be billed and invoiced out if it excedes the $300 BOND.
9. If not cleaned and left how you found it a $150 will be taken from your Bond to clean.
10. If the carpet is ruined the full bond will be taken $300. No One is allowed to park down stairs in front of the building.
11. No Alcohol or Drugs in Premises
12. No illegal behaviour
13. Respect the use of the dance studio please.
14. We do have a room where you can store things if needed please discuss with Alannah.
