REGISTRATION ENTRY DEADLINE: 20th August 2025


Entry Forms & Fees received after this date will include a $40 late fee per, crew, mega crew or $20 per dancer in each entry for solos, duos and trios registering after the deadline – NO EXCEPTIONS

Registrations must be paid by 27th August 2025


1. REGISTRATION FEE: $40 per dancer for first entry / $10 per dancer for additional entries


2. The Manager or Guardian of the entry needs to be named in the rego section eg Alannah Curtis Manager 35 add your members below yourself. Managers or Guardians needs to be 18 years and over. 


3. ALL dancers must individually complete and sign the Dancer’s Waiver & Release Form. All participants under 18 years of age need a parent / guardian to sign on their behalf. Signed Waiver forms are due by 27th August 2025 11:59pm. This can be emailed to us or sent via post.


4. All registration forms & payments must be received by 27th August 2025 at time 11.59pm or a late fee will apply.


5. Registration Forms must be uploaded to our website or sent via email. A photo or photocopy of the original forms are accepted.


6. Entries who have sent in forms & paid registration fees but pull out due to any circumstances will not get a refund.


7. All divisions are allowed one manager backstage except Junior who are allowed one Manager and 1 helper. We must know your Manager’s name and contact number when registering your entry, this will be your entries main point of contact. If your Manager becomes unavailable to attend a substitute can be made but we will require their name and contact number for the competition day.

You do not need to specify your helper’s name & will receive a dancer’s pass for them at registration. Dancers competing in a solo, duo or trio will not be allocated a manager or helper if they are also competing in a small crew, crew or mega crew.

8. Music is due by date 3rd September 2025 via email.

STANDARD REGO FEE: $40-
The standard registration fee of $40 per dancer includes the following:
• Competition Registration Fee
• Access to the auditorium throughout the entire competition weekend

ADDITION ENTRY FEE: $_______

Additional Entry fee of $10 per additional entry, per dancer includes the following:
• Participation in one additional entry
This fee is payable for each additional entry a dancer may be a part of.
