Baby is either in a front or back pack while you take class ( Or pram ) While you take a 45 min dance exercise class to burn fat loss calories and strengthen certain areas. Start with a warm up and slowly add movement based aerobic work suitable with baby, non locomotive movement throughout the session working butt, thighs, abs, arms. Great way to enjoy music with your baby and hopefully drift them to sleep Great way to meet other mums, afterwards well stay and chat for 15 minutes if you can and enjoy each other company.
